In the end, both sides got what they wanted from the fixture. Now, these two teams will play at Anfield with qualification into the Knock-Out stage on the line.

My gut feeling is that both sides would take the draw if they were offered it before the match.

Liverpool might just edge a close win, but Atletic are sure to battle all the way.
Diego Forlan has fond memories of playing against Liverpool as he once scored two goals for Manchester United at Anfield. Betting on Diego Forlan to score might make a reasonable alternative, matched at odds of 8.4.
If I had to place a bet on this event, I would suggest a possible correct score of 1-1, or even a high scoring draw 2-2.
